- The issue must be reported within 24 hours of receiving the product.
- Customers must provide clear photo or video proof of the issue.
- The product must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition with tags and packaging.
After verification by our team, the refund will be processed according to our store policy timeline.
Exchange Policy
- Exchange requests must be made within 2 days of delivery or purchase.
- The product must be unused, unwashed, and with original tags intact.
- Exchange is subject to product availability.
- If the selected item is higher in price, the customer must pay the price difference.
- Customized or altered outfits cannot be exchanged or refunded.
Important Notes
- Slight color difference may occur due to screen display settings.
- Minor thread variations or finishing differences are part of handcrafted garments and not considered defects.
